Retail Client Service Areas
Client service offices for Retail clients are situated in Maseru, Teyateyaneng, Leribe and Mafeteng all geared at providing superlative service to our clients. The Maseru Offices have recently been refurbished all with the objective of providing a good service. Clients can walk in to make inquiries, lodge their death and funeral claims, maturity claims and refunds as well as to pay monthly premiums for their policies. All the Client Service offices whether in Mafeteng, Leribe or Teya-teyaneng provide all the services that may be required by the client.
Corporate Business Administration Services
For Corporate Clients there is an office located on Kingsway in Maseru where all client facing activities are done. These include processing and authorisation and payment of all Funeral and Death (GLA) claims for Corporate Clients.
